This place was really good once but has gone downhill lately and the last handful of times I've been here the facilities haven't worked properly. Yesterday I wasted another $12 by selecting 15 minutes then half washed my car as the car wash failed to work again. Barely any product came out of the foaming brush just air and minimal product at best (all while trying to screw the brush head back on as it was loose and kept coming loose). The conditioner was the same, it wasn't working properly, dribbling then nothing then a poor spray (I ended up spreading this dribble around by hand to cover my car). Rinsed off then come time to wax and you wouldn't believe it... no wax. What a joke of a place. I rated 2 stars because I use to be really happy with it here, nowadays it's 1 star worth of service. Very disappointed (yet again) but that's OK, I'll just stop wasting my time and money and not come back.

We used the dog wash. Cost: $11 and is self-serve. The water is warm regardless of the season.Issues: * credit card scanner doesn't work properly (it's hit & miss). Best to use cash or download the Moneyx App.* The drying hose was faulty and was held together by tape. This broke when using it on high.

Paid $19, for a wash I did get. On a different occasion I had hose detach and sprayed soap into my face, yes No after hours support of first aid .was a good car wash has gone down hill

AVOID … used to love this place. Service has declined terribly over the passed few months. used the brand new touchless wash a month ago only to realized a few minutes later that my car had a huge streak of some kind of oily residue. Have washed it 3 times since then and the residue is still there. I contacted them via email (2 emails sent) no reply for 3 weeks. sent and SMS explain my issue, basically got told their camera's don't go back further than 2 weeks and my emails cannot be found that they will not be doing anything about it! $120 spent on a car detailer didn't take the residue off now i have to spend more money to get it buffed and they refuse to pay !the irony is I went back to use the hand held wash bay to see if the residue would come of ... and that wouldnt work either... was counting down but no product coming!AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST

This place used to be really good, the maintenance on this place has declined dramatically, all the soaps and other functions don't work, use has water trickling out the nozzle the foam brush doesn't foam just drizzles a little.. The equipment is falling apart as you use it. I won't be coming back here ever again.

Just a waste of money really. The automatic car washes never get the dirt off properly. The dog wash is pretty good.But the manual car wash bays are just terrible, slow and messy to use. Water and the tyre cleaner / soap all those products you use on the high pressure water gun drip down your arms and spits everywhere it’s just messy. Might as well come in your bathers cause you’ll be soaked in all kinds of car wash products by the end of it. When you put your coins in and switch to soap it takes atleast 40 seconds for the soap to start coming out. Same when you switch to the different settings like tyre cleaner. If you spend $10 expect $5 to go towards waiting for the products to switch. Plus I’ve had atleast a handful of occasions now when I’ve been spot free rinsing and suddenly tyre cleaner will spit out. Like the plumbing in this place needs to be re done or something.Pretty sad been coming here for ages and recently it’s just been a terrible experience every time.

Would rate it 0 stars but that's not an opinion. Don't waste your money or time. Everything is broken and in poor shape. All the hoses leak.

Automatic car wash didn't work properly. Just wasted money again.UPDATES5-Nov-22: Rinsing failed to remove the coloured soap & clearcoat wax" stopped pouring midway. There is a constant stream of water dropping from the top of the machine to the car. What is the point of paying for drying then?"

Went here on the weekend, automatic car wash malfunctioned and ended the cycle as soon as I pulled in. Called the number on the website and was given a code to retry. Lined up for another 20 minutes, same thing. Called again, straight to message bank and no return phone call.This is the 5th or 6th time this has happened. The machines don’t seem to be getting maintained and no one is ever around to help. I wont be going here again.
