Concierge Car Wash

Our car hadnt been detailed or even vacuamed inside for years.. We live on 10 acres and had been building so dirt was everywhere, along with leaves, We also have 2 Samoyed dogs which had left their hair throughout the car ..These guys nailed it!I only booked the day before, they fitted me in, had it finished spot on on time, and did an awesome job.Best $$$ I have spent in years.

I needed a last minute clean as I'd spilled soft drink under the passenger seat. The service was quick, the staff were extremely accommodating and my car feels like a new one again. Love this mob!

I have used this business before and they have been great however today this was not the case. They said what was on the sign was not what the offered however when queried price was the same. Told they would text when done however I gave up waiting for a message after 2 1/2 hours and when I went back staff sitting in office, no apology for not texting then didn't know where my keys were, they found them in the car. I had to redo 1/2 of my windscreen when I got home as it had obviously not been done as well as wiping many sticky spots off the car. Generally not impressed by lack of customer service. This is not my usual experience here but unfortunately probably will not be back again.

was happy with the service, the car looks great. Only complaint is the next day my car smelt terrible. realised all the rugs were still damp. Please in future dry the properly.

My mother and I both took our cars to Whitfords yesterday. Wow, it’s like getting into a brand new car. We were both so happy. Brendan was great to deal with, so professional and polite. Will definitely return.

Excellent friendly consistent service provided. I have been coming back to concierge for a few years now and have always received a fair price and consistent work…..the guys are always pleasant and honest with time frames and expectations ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great communication throughout the whole booking process. Expected it to take longer but it was completed earlier than expected and I was texted when it was complete. Very happy with the service and result.
