I paid $400! For a full detail listed as costing $249. Asked for them to buff out one small scratch about the size of a 10c piece, and clean glovebox and console as looking to sell vehicle, which is why the price went from $250 to $400. Scratch not buffed (I buffed it perfectly afterwards), glove box still gross, car still wet 5 hours later from carpet shampoo and now trying to avoid mould... also took 6 hours for this... wish I could show photos of how they left my vehicle, I could have (and have, I ran a car detailing business for 6 years) done a better job with half the time for the same cost.

They just make the prices up when you ask for a wash. $60 for a small car silver package… nope $80. When asked why he mumbles it depends on the condition, before pointing out that vacuuming was required, which is part of the package anyway. Go somewhere else.

I booked online yesterday for an $80 silver SUV interior and exterior clean. When I arrived at my scheduled time (4pm) both workers ignored me, when I approached the worker in a red shirt, I told him I had booked a 4pm SUV clean, he cut me off and said not today" I said what? he repeated it. I told him I had booked this slot. He walked away from me and seemed he was on the phone. I stood there and waited and eventually

Did a fantastic job, I just spent 2 weeks in the pilbura so my car was covered in red dust, after they had finished I had 3 people come up and ask if my car was brand new.Cost is very good compared to other places, they are open to adding area to clean for example i asked for my canopy to be cleaned.

Really happy with the work the team did on my car, needed a full interior clean including shampooing of seats and floors and well as an exterior wash.Car looks so good.Rate them better than others who have came to the house and much more affordable.Highly Recommend

Worst car wash, i paid as much as they asked but i haven't got anything back as i expected , left stains on seat even food..left the floor all over the floor, sent photo to owner of car wash .. don't waste your time and money

Mega Hand Car Wash was flexible and very accommodating. I needed a quick car wax done on my way to an important meeting, and they went above and beyond to ensure it got completed on time.They were reasonable and also very efficient with the vehicle interior clean-up. I had a few people comment on the job well done.I highly recommend them for the maintenance of your vehicles.

Worst car was I have EVER been to. Just wanted my exterior washed. Walking g towards my car I wasn't even sure if they had cleaned it yet it was all dull and yuck looking. Go and pay my $70+ when I leave and get it up out of the carport into the sun I realise my car is still covered in wax. Terrible job. Played over $70 to have to get home and cut and polish my car to get the wax off it. Rediculous
