Dropped my car off first thing in the morning, to have for the whole day. Had a full interior clean and shampoo seats ect. Didn’t remove marks off the carpets or clean door cards and dash properly. I could still scrape dirt and grime off the centre console with my finger. When I came to collect my car, they informed me that they had snapped the rear vision mirror off, but offered no discount ect. Had it detailed again by someone else and was showed comparison photos. Don’t waste your time paying for their services, would not recommend.
