Had an auto wash done during the week, I selected the most expensive service on the list. Once done I drove out and parked to inspect and was shocked at how poorly the back of car and wheels of car had been cleaned (not cleaned at all) I took photos and went into shop. I had to fill in a form at shop and someone was to get back to me. However to my disappointment they would not accept my photos and have asked me to come out of my way to see them to inspect! So now I have to, on my day off go back. I just wanted a refund!! If you want a clean car after a car wash!!!! then don't go to Valet Car Wash in Langford!

I have been using this place to wash my car since I moved into Thornlie. Like it lots and it is certainly worth my 16 dollars everytime. Love Laser wash, no scratches or Mark's left on my new car.

Good choice to get a quick wash for the vehicles. Even though i chose the ultimate wash option, my vehicle was not entirely clean after the wash. I was back from a long drive and the vehicle front was covered with small insects (hope you understood what I meant). The windshield was pretty clean after the wash, but the bumper is not fully clean. Still, i am somewhat satisfied with the result after the wash.

Aqua Valet Car Wash Langford
Nice sting vaccum cleaners, took one star off as the laser wash does a terrible job of drying the car and I always have to use a towel or chamois to finish. Other lazer washes I use dry the car almost perfectly.
