Outdated equipment with poor performance. Many of the newer self serve car washes have far superior features, warm water with the soap for example. Here, it takes half a minute just to swap between two options, which the customer is paying for, and the majority of options (presoak, wheel cleaner etc) are so heavily diluted they are pointless. Upgrade your equipment and bring yourself in line with your competition. At the moment you’re basically just a pay as you go pressure washer.

Worst car wash. Paid $16 for the deluxe wash and only got sprayed with soap and rinsed that was it???? And got wet aswell through the sunroof. Never going there again.

Most items in good working order most of the time.Vacuum nozzle is quite huge to get into crevices so BYO take away soft drink lid - plastic straw device (online vacuum tool hack!)Economical cost but they dont take EFTPOS only credit card or cash so slightly inconvenient and possibly less secure as is unattended although CCTV onsite.

Not a bad car wash. Although I am annoyed that the furtherest bay from the pump house takes ages to deliver soap and to clear the line of soap thus taking longer to complete the wash. I feel like the end bay should give you 10 seconds grace before the counter starts after selecting which chemical you want.
