A-Spa Hand Car Wash and Detailing

I personally didn't have my car detailed by them (glad I didn't) but I bought a Groupon voucher for my partner as a Xmas present. I don't need to get into full detail as everybody else who has given them a 1-2 star review experienced exactly what my partner did. The rudest owner (the person responding to all the comments) I have ever come across. You need to do better in your customer service game and the service you provide. A car wash in a shopping centre charges lesser and does a way better job than what you did. Will be taking our car elsewhere going forward.

I had my car detailed here last week. I found these guys to be very thorough and charged a reasonable price.

Do not fall for their Groupon voucher. It’s a scam! The voucher was $19 and was for nothing. When I got there they said pay extra $30 for tyres, extra $15 for dirt spots and extra $10 for suv. I would end up with $74 for outside washing only. I had to ask Groupon for refund, got nothing done and my day was ruined! Very disappointing!

I hope this review can save someone’s money and time.What they did to my car was so dangerous I almost lost the entire vehicle.I payed an engine detailing to clean a little leak before going to a pits inspection, but they washed it using HIGH RINSE OVER THE ENGINE!Causing the spark plugs to be drowned and the car to be misfiring.The car then was constantly turning off, shaky and powerless.I spoke to the rudest owner which in a very threatening way requested me to leave the premises and don’t come back, blaming me for what was happening with the car.Of course I failed the inspection because of that, and I had to go again after visiting a mecanic to replace the spark plugs and dry the engine.Here is a list of all the expenses that i made and you can avoid to happen if you go to a decent place:Engine wash: 90.Pits Inspection: 250.Spark plugs replacement: 200.Re-do pits inspection: 150.Total: 690.In summary, avoid them, they don’t know what they do.

It was my first to go to this Car Wash. The customer service was great and the team did an excellent job cleaning and waxing my car.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME! Do NOT go to these lazy, overpriced theives. Paid $279 for a Groupon voucher plus $80 for a special" water proofing liquid

These guys are fantastic punctual respectful kept me informed with what they were doing from start to finish my car looks brand new and sparkling again. Highly recommend

Avoid. i was verbally quoted $80 for a hand wash & polish. upon returning i was charged $120. I questioned this and was told thay had used a special shampoo.I got home and had a good look at the car and found areas on the paint that had been missed. So looks like i just paid $120 for a quick below average hand wash....Just editing because i can't reply the guy is a lying ,i never inspected the car before leaving , i just left in hurry after being ripped off for $40 ... These people have a problem with the truth.

Tried to call as job was substandard for 150 dollars. No response. The photos show red dust and matter on the roof and sand and grit in the console and floor. I could have done better myself.
