My car was already clean, I was getting it ready to handover to its new owner so thought I would do the right thing and get it looking super fresh for the new owners, when I got the car home I noticed very large portions of the car was not cleaned properly. The interior was sticky from the spray used, I had to come home and wipe the whole care down again. Will not be returning.

Hi, everyone we get our car wash done this place they charge us $120 and they did very ridiculous work. They just spray some shining chemicals to look like new one but they did very bad job never go again.

First time I wanted a clean, I arrived at 3pm on a Thursday but they’d sent their staff home and closed as it wasn’t busy.Second time the wait was three hours, but I decided it would be fine as I was going to the gym and needed to do some shopping. When I came back three hours later, it wasn’t ready and had to wait another 30 minutes, with my groceries, until it was finished. The waiting room has no fan or air con so I sat on the curb in the car park. Wash was good, interior was ok. The manager was friendly enough but I won’t be coming back.

I am very happy with the customer service and car detailing service I received today. It's the first time I've used Silver Sponge at Karrinyup Shopping Centre & it won't be my last.I paid $89 for the Premium Wash for my old Ford Focus & my car looks sooo good!I recommend this company.Thanks Silver Sponge, I'm a very Happy Customer.

Got my car done on the weekend. Got the “premium” package and at first glance it seemed like a good job. Once I got home and inspected it further I saw that so many sections were obviously not even touched. Disappointed

Was obviously too much for these guys to remove the cobwebs from my car when cleaning it. Also payed for a polish, wich was dismal, had nothing but water spots all over the car. Won't ever go back here again and I won't recommend this place to anyone either.

Got the premium package and looked ok when I picked up the car, but once I drove out of the car park into the sun, it was very noticeable that the interior had not been wiped down properly. Very disappointing for the price I paid.

I wish I read the reviews before going here. Paid for the premium and when driving off, I noticed all the spots, mark and dirt that made me want to go get a car clean done was still there. All they really did was a vacuum. Not happy with the service at all. Definitely don’t recommend anyone to go here.

As soon as I drove outside of carpark I could see everything that they didn’t do. I was questioning if my car was even cleaned? All the glass was poorly cleaned; from the windscreen to side mirrors,I could see smeared marks, and internally still had fingerprints and dust on the door handles. Watermarks outside which looked like it hadn’t even been wiped down with a shammy. For a $84.95 Interior/exterior clean. I clean was very disappointed and will never use their service again. Only thing that looked like it’s was cleaned was my wheels!
