I am so upset. My cruise control doesn't work after detailing, they don't answer their emails, my carpets are ruined my carpets, my car stinks and I think there is now mould. Took over 3 hours to do. The owner eventually calls after weeks and I was spoken down to and do disrespected. Mould can affect my health and my sons and they are denying any damage being them.. disgusted

Very disappointed with the service the windscreen was not cleaned properly water marks and smears not removed after telling them of this problem last time they washed my car and still no better. Won’t be back

Was told a two hour wait, absolutely no problem with this. Returned after two hours and car hadn’t even been started and I was told 10 more minutes. 2 and a half hours and $75 later, my car was still dirty. Dashboard and windows weren’t even wiped over. Had to come home and clean the wing mirrors myself as they were somehow worse after being “cleaned” and couldn’t see from them. Will never return and don’t understand how they are so busy.

2 hours became a 3.5 hours wait! Kept coming back to be told another 15mins, another 15 mins. Windows not cleaned properly. Felt it was a very rushed clean. Very unorganised. Never used to be like that, not sure if the owners have changed but sorry guys I won't be back.

Paid $65 for outside wash and inside clean on a KIA Picanto,Worst job ever.Black dots of dirt still all over car parts of car not even washed absolute ripped off ,Never will I go there again,I wish I could post pictures

I would be wary about giving my business to these guys. I went for an interior & exterior clean and ended up with bubbling, chipping paint. My car isn’t expensive, but I do use it for work which is why I was getting it cleaned. I tried calling during the week as I work during the hours they are open on week days and no one answered, so I sent a text with pictures explaining the situation and had no one get back to me. I turned up there today to try and sort out something with one of the staff members, who refused to listen to anything I was saying. I explained that I didn’t expect them to fix it as the cost of that would be more than what it’s worth, but simply just for an explanation and $90 refund. I was instead accused of lying and told that I would have to come back when a manager is on shift so they can investigate. I’m not bothering, and I wouldn’t bother giving them your business either.

Telstra have picked up their game and are certainly giving a service at their service centre.Its a pity the rest of Telstra can't get it right.

To be honest i definately wont be back .paid $150 ,i expected a bit more attention to detail, windows inside had only been cleaned when up , so showed a line of aprox 30mm of uncleaned glass where it fits into the door rubber, plastic door trim not cleaned well, cup holder not cleaned , Also looks like whatever they use to pressure wash the car has taken paint off in at least two places ,so be aware ,you may have to take pics BEFORE AND AFTER .if you are going to sue them due to damage to your car

Worst car wash I have ever had, I’m a regular at car washes every 4-6 weeks this was the most expensive and worst car clean I will never be coming back

Paid $110 for both interior and exterior car clean. The seats in our 7 seater were not even lifted or moved to be vacuumed. The large boot mat not even washed down or removed to vacuum underneath. Sand and hair still left. Side storage left rubbish. Extremely disappointed in the service. The main man said “sorry, we sometimes forget.” ….What??? Isn’t this a car detailing service? I will definitely not be going back there.
